The Moosewood Collective has long been a pioneer in the world of vegetarian and vegan cooking, publishing 11 best-selling cookbooks, and continuing to create flavorful, exciting new dishes for more than thirty years. And it all started with a restaurant in Ithaca, New York in 1973.
